First and foremost, the decisions you make in Xochi’s Apothecary will change who your character becomes. Will you give a failing apprentice the Memory potion he seeks? Deduce that a city guard needs a little Foresight before she knows it herself? Or will you advise a chronicler that an Illusion potion could be better than a Truth potion for opening people’s eyes? Every decision matters, and as the decisions you make change you, they change the paths open to you as well.

In Xochi’s Apothecary, you’ll get to know everyone from councilors to artists to assassins – and in some cases, what they need isn’t a potion at all. Will you give counsel to a councilor? Encourage an artist to start a movement? Hold an assassin’s hand as she discovers your world may be more warped than wondrous after all? The words you say will change others, but the words others say will change you just as much. The impact you make on each other will determine who is there for you in the end.
